In this remote dental billing role, you will handle insurance eligibility and benefits verification, claims submission and follow up, denial resolution, accounts receivable work, and accurate payment posting for dental practices we serve.
You will work inside practice management systems such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, and CareStack, and your work will be measured against clear production and accuracy targets.
- Hands-on dental billing experience
- Strong denial and AR skills
- Confidence reading EOBs and aging reports

Dentrix Trainer
Our Dentrix Trainers help practice teams get real value out of their software. In this role, you will deliver Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend training for front office teams, office managers, and clinical staff.
You will cover scheduling, insurance workflows, ledger accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day best practices in plain language that teams can actually use.

Dental Practice Consultant
Our Consultants work alongside practice owners and office managers to improve how practices actually run. In this dental practice consulting role, you will support practice analysis engagements, operational systems, SOPs, office manager coaching, and revenue cycle performance.
The ideal candidate has broad dental practice experience across multiple roles, understands both the clinical flow and the business side of a practice, and can translate numbers into a story a practice owner can act on.
